Ricardo de Paula Feijo
Founding Partner
Ricardo de Paula Feijó is a lawyer specializing in public law, specializing in regulatory law, public procurement and contracts, compliance, gaming law, arbitration, mediation and legal proceedings. He holds a degree and a Master's degree in State Law from the Federal University of Paraná.
He is currently a PhD student in State Law, also at the University of Paraná. Author of the book Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries in Brazil (2021).
Otavio Oliveira de Souza

Otávio Oliveira de Souza is a lawyer specializing in regulatory law, bidding and contracts, compliance, gaming law and administrative and judicial litigation.
Postgraduate student in Business Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Graduated in Law from Universidade Positivo.
